Such a great book about the forgotten places known to many of us as Laos and Ho Chi Min trail. Yeah, some of those old men gimping around your cities grew up in places like this and Robbins conveys the trill of rescue missions with great writing. All warriors will appreciate this one.

This is an exciting and thrilling story that captures your attention. It is very well written, the storyline is intriguing and the characters are captivating. I enjoyed the thought provoking, fast paced way the book unfolds.

I loved the book. Very cinematic action. I especially liked the historical notes. The one drawback was the Minh chapters slowed the story for me, but ultimately was not a deal breaker. (5-star review on Amazon)
