You know those books that make you sit down and take stock of your life? Yes! This was such a book.

Jeremy writes with such authority that doesn't intimidate you but makes you actually stop and think.

He tells stories from lessons he learned in his own life. He was an executive at P&G and PepsiCo ( among other companies).

He talked about his adventures at sea, his adventure in the corporate world and the intentionality that yielded great results.

At the end of each chapter, he has a "chart your course" strategy that requires the reader to pause, think and write whilst referring to certain pages at the back of the book (the chart plotter).

Rating: 4.5/5

Favourite Quote: "Without specifics, all these dreams lack “teeth”; they are vague. And because they are vague, they open the door for you to focus on the obstacles, fears, and dreads."

Recommendation: If you are in a rut and desperately need to figure out a way forward, this book is for you.

I like how it's not preachy and actually gives tools to the reader as to how to dream, be intentional and resilient.

I loved this book! I love reading books about ways to reach your dreams! This book was very interesting, as it laid out a step-by-step plan & also had worksheets at the end of the book to practice what had been taught. Not to mention the author's life story that reinforced these teachings was a very interesting read! I would highly recommend this book if you are looking for a way to reach your dreams!
