Once Upon a Royal Christmas by Robin Bielman
I don't tend to enjoy romance novels featuring royals, but I love then at Christmas! Maybe it's the fairytale aspect of this trope, but I love reading about simple, "common" girl falling in love with a handsome prince. It takes me right back to my Cinderella days. Theo and Rowan have great chemistry, and I loved their meet cute. Theo is the ultimate book boyfriend. He's sexy and witty and so sweet. He's humble and not a jerk about his status. Rowan is also really sweet and.a bit of a firecracker. The romance was steamy, tender, and I just loved it. I haven't read the first book in this series, but now I want to!
I'm sorry but I've come to the conclusion that this book was not for me. I could not finish it and will not review it.
It’s September, the first of the BER months, which basically means Back to School, back to reality after the glorious summer and of course, Christmas.
Expect a hectic schedule – Friday night lights, soccer, field hockey, ballet and dare I say Bingo nights? And yes, you have your book club meetings.
But sometimes you just want to escape for a little while in your little corner. Here's a book for light reading. Fun to read, Once Upon a Royal Christmas are in tune for the season.
Once Upon a Royal Christmas by Robin Bielman is as the title suggested about a Prince falling in love with a commoner. Meant for light reading, it is short and sweet. And there are lots of LOL moments, especially with one-liners. If Robin Bielman decides to write for comedy, I won’t be surprised.
Missed the deadline and I forgot to download a copy to my Kindle-sorry for the mix up
