Pretty good take on a ya novel, I thi k. I found it to be funny, but I dont think that was really the point, but oh well.
I liked the writing (hence it being funny), and I also really liked the plot. The characters could've been written better though, as I didnt understand all of their choices and such.
This book was just as exhilarating as the first with bodies dropping everywhere- literally within the first few pages!
The action is non-stop and the pace is incredibly fast and will leave you hungry for more!
This book meanders a bit and lacks the focus of the first book in the trilogy. There's no real plot with a beginning, middle, and end like book one. It's just, "let's fumble around Western Mass for a couple of days." Dorcus is awesome and needs her own book. Maybe what happened to her once the virus was released? That being said, I still liked it enough that I'm still looking forward to future novels.
