Admittedly, this wasn't my favourite from the author although I actually did really enjoy that main character being the main and him being a father. I bought into the story, and the plot was great, though there was something missing. Throughout the book, I couldn't put my finger on it. When I had finished and thought some more, it was his love interest. I just couldn't connect with her.

I enjoyed the ending and as always, I will be waiting patiently for his next release, because at the end of the day I just seem to enjoy everything that comes from this author!

As always Sparks does not disappoint. Although I did find this one hard to get into, it was worth the tediousness of pushing through a tough start.
