This is the first book that I have read by Mira Day, so I didn't know what to expect. I chose this book because of the title and the cover, and the Prologue set in 1990 piqued my curiosity and interest.

The three main characters each have their own story of hope, disappointment, loss, and looking for a new start in life. Mira Day skillfully brings the stories of Sarah, Mia and Brett together.

I enjoyed this book. I can only give this quick read 3 stars because of the too pat ending. Romance readers would probably be more generous.

I appreciate the author's effort, but I found nothing new in this novel to hold my interest. Too easy to guess what would happen next.
