I actually loved this book. The twist was great, the characters likable and I'm definitely going to put this author on my favorites list!
Good mystery, I liked the book. good characters. I Recommend it.
I thoroughly enjoyed just about everything in this novel. The good guys were very sympathetically drawn and immensely likeable; the bad guys were oozing evil. And the plot? Filled with intrigue, combining murder and mayhem with complex political shenanigans... enough to keep you guessing about the true motivations of numerous characters. The writing throughout the story was sharp, clever and nuanced; for me, it was a totally enjoyable read. This is an author with whom I was completely unfamiliar, but who is now added to my "must read" list. Highly recommended.
