I loved this from start to finish! Holden pokes fun at lots of different aspects of modern society (not just hipsters!) through her story of a character who wants to be taken seriously as a writer, but also finds herself enjoying the trashy elements of celeb culture and feature writing about over the top weddings. Laura Lake finds love along the way in a quick and enjoyable read which ticks all the right boxes, I'm already looking forward to the promised series.
