Description
Escape from Behruz features a puppy, a baby, a secret, a controlling sultan (the hero’s uncle), a trek through the mountains with nomads, and romance! It’s set in the Middle East but isn’t a typical “sheikh” story at all. The author has lived in the Middle East, so details are authentic.
Rashid will help Olivia and the baby escape the rebellion in Behruz, but he has to guard his heart. He can't risk being hurt by her again.
Olivia has her own reasons for keeping her distance from Rashid. If he learns the baby she's been caring for is actually hers -- and his -- she'll lose everything that matters to her.
As they trek across the mountains to Iran, sleeping beside each other in a nomad tent each night, the attraction that has always drawn them to each other grows ever stronger. Can Olivia survive the trip without losing her heart to Rashid once again?A Note From the Publisher
“I was wrong. Whatever you think of me, whatever names you’ve called me, I’ve called myself worse.”
Olivia smiled a quiet little private smile. “I doubt that. I called you a prick.”
“You called me what?”
“You heard me.”
“Well, you’re right. I wouldn’t have thought of that. I was thinking more along the lines of chauvinist or barbarian.”
“Barbarian. I like that. I’ll use it next time.”

I loved this well written romance. I was intrigued with the nomadic setting.
I received an arc from Netgalley. This was a touching Romance of two people so in love and torn apart by others for their own personal gain. An escape is imminent in order for Rashid and Livie to have a chance. Great book.
I received a copy from NetGalley; this is my honest review. #NetGalley
