This book tells a tough but realistic story about teen relationships, rape culture, and sexual assault and how social media plays a role in magnifying the impact.

Jared has been best friends with Kenzie and Bree since they were all little kids. But when they were fourteen, he failed to stop the girls from going to a party thrown by his older brother Seth, even though he knew that Seth and his friend were having a contest to see who could have sex with the most underage girls.

Now Jared is sixteen and his life is a mess. Seth bullies and beats him. Bree is happy to be considered Seth’s girlfriend and has been posting nude pictures of herself to maintain her status as “hot”. Kenzie is still traumatized by being raped at the party, and hasn’t talked to Jared in two years. When a photo of Kenzie at the infamous party surfaces on social media, Jared decides he has to stand up to his bullying brother and help Kenzie bring her side of the story to light. It doesn’t occur to him that digging up the past might make things even worse.
