Karina was in the witness protection program and running for her life. She was witness to a crime's aftermath and someone was out to kill her. Her "case manager" is a man named Richard. "Richard" is also her boss, Phillip, but Karina doesn't know they are the same person. She and Phillip begin to have feelings for each other but when this situation is resolved, she will go back to living her life in Miami and Phillip has a home and business in Lowville, New York.

There was drama, suspense and romance. It was a sweet story with some Christian morals discussed. The characters were developed and the story was realistic. I enjoyed the story and look forward to reading others by this author.

I was given an arc copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.

This story about trust and forgiveness ist quite intresting and suspenseful, trust in God comes to life, but the ending was a bit too sugary for my taste.

I received and ARC from Netgalley. This book was definitely one of my favorite Christian romances. The suspense woven throughout the story was just the right touch to make this book not only intriguing but it sure pulled at the heat strings. Loved Leah and Phillips story.

Karina is forced to give up the life she's known and start over again. She's not happy about any of this but knows its the only things to keep her safe. Phillip has a secret but first and foremost he must do the job he was hired to do. Can he keep those close to him safe and can Karina protect her self and her heart or will those who want her be just one step ahead of those who are protecting her?

This book is a little bit romance, little bit suspense and a whole lot of twist and turns. I loved little Jess while she was not huge in the book she was fun and a pistol. I loved how the author didn't seem to rush the story but more or less let it flow and play out. I really loved how even though this book has suspense the author told a story that draws you in a doesn't disappoint. This book did seem predictable some points but then has you guessing at others. This book was a good clean, christian read and you really cant go wrong with this wonderful story.

Through a Shattered Image by Linda Widrick is an exciting novel. Karina is placed in Witness Protection. With a new job, new home, and new name, she struggles to make a new life for herself. When she is nearly caught, she is forced to rely on her boss Phillip. But can she trust him? This was an exciting read with a good amount of suspense. I liked the book quite a bit but found some parts of the story to be unbelievable. I received a digital copy of this book from the publisher. These opinions are entirely my own.
