FLY LIKE AN EAGLE shows a forbidden romance between a half-Native American and a Proper Philadelphia girl.

Their fathers, American industrialists of the early eighteen hundreds, establish the Franklin Institute of Science. But lots more happens in the museum exhibits outside of science. Samantha (heroine)takes a hang glider flight with Eagle over the Delaware River Valley, muskets a-blazin' after them.

Time travel takes them to historical figures such as H.G. Wells (of TIME MACHINE fame), Amelia Earhart (missing aviator), Electress Sophie (mother of all British royalty),and scientist Benjamin Franklin. Because of their father's war preparations, they find their way to Franklin in the midst of his kite experiment hoping to change the discovery of electricity and the timeline.
