The Charlie Clawson Series:

It is going to be a different summer for Charlie and Ray Clawson in 1965: one that would be filled with playing outdoors in the sun, time with Grandpa and being away from their parents.

However, the summer would prove to be a memorable one especially for Charlie in The Charlie Clawson Series: Wisdom & Courage, the latest young adult book series from author R.C. Nolte. 

Eleven-year-old Charlie is a typical boy who is tormented by his brother, Ray, and believes everything that he hears, inspired by a healthy imagination. What is most interesting to learn from Grandpa is how faith in God had directed his and Grandpa Sam’s lives; faith in Jesus they relied on to handle several of life’s challenges.

The knowledge and lessons about wisdom and courage would serve the boys well, especially when they hear an escaped convict is on the loose in the area and find things missing from around the log cabin.
