Christmas in Coyote County

If you are looking for a short book that has mystery, action and romance, this is the book for you. I really enjoyed this reading this book. Thank you Pelican Book Group via NetGalley for free copy. This is my honest opinion.

Libby hears a gunshot in the late evening, and heads to her 89 year old neighbor's place after she calls the police. Turns out Maddie saw an alien looking in the window at her and shot at it. The cop that shows up is Jackson, Libby's old high school flame. Sparks are still there, but it has been many years. A good and quick mystery and clean romance that was fun to read. Highly recommend this story.

He never expected to be waylaid in his quest by alien sightings, and it doesn't help that stubborn Libby Hawkins—his former girlfriend—is determined to meddle in the investigation. He hurt Libby when he left town after his father's death, but it was for her protection. Now Libby's stumbled on something dangerous. Can he keep her from harm this time? He doesn't know, but one thing is certain: Christmas in Coyote County has never been so interesting.
This was a very enjoyable quick read. I liked the story and the characters. I liked the ending too. 4'*.
