'A Slice of Christmas Magic' was such a fun, cute Christmas read! I have to admit that at the beginning of this book, I was a little unsure of whether it would be for me as I'm not usually a fan of stories that involve magic or things that can seem a little far fetched. After the first couple of chapters, my mind was changed completely! I loved the characters and fell in love with their little Christmassy town, Hocus Hills and Aunt Erma's pie shop.
There was festivities, romance, intrigue and more in this novel and even though I hadn't read the first one in the series, it seemed to make complete sense and stands alone very well as an independent book. I would wholeheartedly recommend this to anyone who fancies a light hearted, magical Christmas read!
Thank you to Netgalley and the publisher for an advance copy of this book in return for an honest review.
