My Review
This children's book Mystery Mayhem starts off in the final year of primary school. Alana hated her birthday because for some reason they always ended up in a trip to the hospital. As she starts her first day of high school with a bang.
The overall story is funny and easy to read. I was provided this book free of charge in exchange for my honest opinion. It's definitely a cute children's book.
I was lucky to be approved by Netgalley to read Mystery and Mayhem by Poppy Inkwell. This is an Australian Middle Grade Novel about Alannah and her friends starting Middle Grade. Even though they were entertaining I found that Alannah's mum Emma was a complete hoot who got herself and her crazy friends Ling-Ling and Katriona into hilarious situations and it was Alannah who was the mature one. I have now got to read the next two books in this series and think Poppy has written such an entertaining book which made me laugh out loud so I have to award 4 stars.
