As the Second World War turned in favor of the Allies after D Day, Germany became sinking ship and Nazi rats started to plan ways to escape inevitable revenge at the hands of the victorious forces and partisans. Looted wealth was hidden around the world to finance personal lifestyles and to fund plans to restore the Nazis one day to power.

A team travels around the world seeking answers to solve this new disease outbreak only to find out the cure for the disease, a vaccine, is contaminated with a bioweapon that turns the cure into a more lethal disease.
