First, I tip my hat to Ray Leigh for going outside the box. Originality is increasingly rare because it is hit or miss instead of tried and true.
For me, CLEAR was a bit of a hit and a bit of a miss - more isn't always better, some times it's just more. And that is where the Hit part of my review comes in. You don't need pages (or paragraphs) of description to capture a scene, the same way Rupi Kaur conveyed emotion.
The miss came in because I was left wanting more (I'm aware of the contradiction). London has so much to offer, now or 20yrs ago, and I feel like there was an unexplored depth that we could glimpse but was skimmed over.
That being said, I refer back to my opening comment about originality when making a recommendation - I consume a lot of content, now in quarantine more than ever - so finding something that is different and unusual is a treat. CLEAR is also something that makes me think, which is not always a bad thing.
Final thoughts - worth a shot, but go into it with an open mind.

Content:
London, stripped back. Offering a genuine look of this city about 20 years ago, this book shows that London has not changed that much over the years. A very strong picture of this Britain city is captured with prostitutes, gay bars and corrupt police. This is the daily life there.
Opinion:
At first, it was quite hard to read. I didn't expect it to be written like that. So, it really took me some time to get into it and understand what the book was about. When I finally got it, it was interesting. This book paints the picture of London so many years ago. I was totally surprised how little everything changed.
What I totally liked was the design of the cover and also the pictures of the knife inside. This gave the book a nice touch.
Conclusion:
All in all, this book was pretty interesting and original. Therefore, I would totally recommend it, although it is really hard to read and nothing for fast readers.
i really enjoyed reading this book, the characters were great and I really enjoyed the mystery and guessing. I'd be interesting in reading more from the author.
