I am NOT a seasoned runner, but I have done enough to be intrigued by the concept of a running/walking devotional. There is absolutely no doubt that if you run or workout regularly, this would be a fantastic book to encourage you to make the most of your time - great tips, inspiring quotes and a space for journaling.
What surprised me is how applicable this devotional is for non runners. Each easy to read chapter used an illustration from running to point to an inspiring or encouraging biblical truth - that I think even the most sedentary reader could relate to (although you may find yourself inspired to pull on your running shoes!)
So whether you have a runner in your life, or simply want a fantastic devotional that is practical empowering and relatable, then grab a copy for the Christmas stockings (and maybe a good pair of running socks!)
