Description
Luke Colson never had good luck, but he always had his charm, until his charm turned against him, forcing him to pack up and leave the only home he ever had and the only girl he ever loved. Fifteen years later Luke returns to Peak Valley determined to win back the woman he’s never stopped loving, if only she’d give him the time of day.
Amber Baker never had good luck. Her life has been one disaster after another. When she and her two kids find themselves without a home, the last person she wants help from is Luke Colson. His charm doesn’t work on her, not anymore and she is determined to keep her distance, even if he is her new landlord.
Can these two have a second chance at love or will they be torn apart again when their luck runs out?

Fight Forever is book two into Peak Valley Series. This is a second chance romance with a bit of suspense thrown in. I loved Luke and Amber so much in this book. I can't wait to see who's story is next.
ARC Review
Amber is a single mom of two. She moves back with her children to her hometown, where is reconnected with her first love, Luke. They haven’t seen each other for 15 years, but they still didn’t forget about each other. And when Luke sees Amber again, he’s determined to win her back.
Amber soon finds herself in tough situation when her ex-husband wants to take her children from her because of her unstable living situation. Then Luke comes to her rescue and offers her to move in into his house, and thanks to it she can show that she and her children have their own home.
Luke helps her a lot, spends a lot of time with her children, Emily and Matt. He also makes moves towards Amber, but she is resistant about them being together again.
This story was amazing, I really loved the plot, sometimes it was really unexpected and shocking. I also loved that the author focused also on showing the sweet and often funny relationship between Luke and his brothers.
And I can’t wait to read the books of his other brothers.
I received this book in exchange for an honest review.
This is a second chance romance with suspense danger that will keep our on the edge of your seat. The characters are captivating.Luke is back after fifteen years but the thing he wants more than anything else is to get Amber back.Amber is trying her hardest to ignore Luke the man who broke her heart fifteen years ago .He's going to do whatever it takes to win Amber back. He'll wait as long as it takes. When Amber asks her son Matt where his sister is he says she's around her somewhere her mom points toward the dessert table Emily is trying to get a pink cupcake but can't reach it her mom says Luke has it under control. She sees Like get the cupcake an get done to whisper something in Emily's ear then he picks her up an brings her to her mom.Emily says momma are you going to dance with Giant Luke when she says no Emily says he really wants to dance with you .I like giant Luke as it looks like Emily Wil cry she finally agrees. There is a threat her ex plans to fight for custody saying she has no home an the kids need their own room.Luke an his brothers are rehabbing the family house when one of his brothers let's it slip that Amber is in trouble because she's living with her parents an doesn t have a place where the kids have their own rooms. Will Luke talk her into moving into the house they were supposed to live in an have a family in?There are so many twists and turns to this story will keep you riveted until the very last page and leave you begging for more.I love the way this amazing author brings the characters to life before your eyes and makes you feel their emotions and their pain.I can hardly wait to see what's next by this multi talented author.
These Colson Brothers are the Bomb!!
“Will you dance with Luke? He’s my new friend.” Her toothless smile is smeared with icing. “Did you know he’s a giant?” she stage-whispers with wide eyes.
Luke left Peek Valley years ago and broke her heart. Now he’s back and he wants to start over.
“Might as well duke it out here, we’ll just eavesdrop on you both,” Burns says, still holding his camera, ready to capture the drama.
Amber Baker went on with her life after he left. Her kids are her life now. She won’t let herself be hurt again.
Everything just blends together in this beautiful love story. The romance, suspense, character interaction make for the perfect escape read.
ONG I love Burns he is a hoot.
“I ain’t here to help, I’m here to watch my boys paint Emily’s room pink sparkles,” he says, returning the kiss to my cheek before holding up a dated Polaroid camera. “I’m getting it all on camera to use against them when they piss me off.”
4*
Luke has returned to Peak valley after a 15 year absence and is desperate to rekindle his relationship with Amber.
Amber is determined to keep away from Luke after he broke her heart. She's a divorcee with 2 children and only wants the best for them.
I thought Amber's character was so likeable she's finally looking out for herself and the kids. Luke's bond with the little people had me seriously swooning and his way of getting to Amber fantastic.
I'm loving this series and can't wait to read more from the brothers.
