Good book! I definitely enjoyed reading this one! It had a little bit of everything! It had suspense, intrigue, action, drama, and some heartbreak and heartache! It was a great who done it!! Very interesting storyline! I highly recommend it! Thank you Netgalley and the publishers for sharing this book with me!
Another readable book, somewhat entertaining, but based on a very weak plot. The characters are OK, as is the storytelling, but the language could have been smoother.
When her blue diamond necklace goes missing from her safety deposit box, Julianne McCarren knows that there are only three people who should have had access to the box. The necklace, called Angel Falls, was given to Julianne by her deceased husband Raif McCarren. Julianne is an experienced and smart private investigator and works with Security Specialist Macklin “Mack” Pierce from McCarren Multinational. She has a strong idea who the thief might be, but how will they prove it? When she is threatened by a Russian thug, what does he have to do with her missing necklace? An interesting and fun mystery as Julianne occasionally hears the voice of her deceased husband in her head. His advice is quite often just what she needs. I received an advance review copy at no cost and without obligation for an honest review. (by paytonpuppy)
