Description
Katy is a career mum in her 40s who’s stressed out, time-starved, and disenchanted with her successful life. She has a handsome husband, a house in London, and two teenage children. Her therapy practice in Harley Street is thriving, but she feels empty and lost. She’s forgotten who she is and what makes her tick.
An impulsive decision sets in motion a domino effect that changes her life. A series of events, a meeting with someone from the past, and a sequence of numbers, send her on a rollercoaster ride to finding herself. With some trepidation, Katy embarks on a path of spiritual awakening and embraces a new way of thinking.
A Note From the Publisher
Bridget helps people to create what they would love ‘on purpose’ (purposefully, and according to their soul purpose). Bringing together the threads of her spiritual and professional journey, she created "The Bone Circle" (c) - a training for women to access their highest potential and support each other in creating the lives they'd love. As of 2021, The Bone Circle will be open to both men and women. Since 1994, she has been studying spiritual, metaphysical, and esoteric teachings – from meditation to yoga and from chanting to personal alchemy.
Bridget has facilitated and taught many courses, including meditation, healing, dowsing, sacred geometry, and space clearing. She's also facilitated A Course in Miracles, created TruthYoga (a return to yoga as a spiritual practice) and FreedomDance, a free-form conscious shamanic trance dance. She currently facilitates a study group for The Book of Knowledge: The Keys of Enoch (R) (Dr JJ Hurtak, 1973).
Bridget's intention is to awaken people to a higher purpose and a more joyful and harmonious life. She does this through creating awareness, providing a higher path of consciousness, teaching how to tap into intuitive wisdom, and setting up support groups that can work together powerfully to create positive change.
