The devotionals are packaged well with good illustrations and graphics as well as "fun facts," and a good organization of images and text. The devotionals fit the intended audience well, and use humor as well as a simple writing style to engage with readers.

This book is a wonderful devotional for boys ages 8 - 12. It’s informative, extremely helpful and it’s, also, fun! If you have a son then you should get this devotional for him!

Stand Strong for Boys: 90 Faith-Building Devotions by Our Daily Bread is a devotional book well designed for boys 8 to 12, but boys younger and older will also benefit. These devotions are designed to be faith-building. There are 90 devotionals with illustrations. The images and devotions also include interesting facts. It is a well-organized book that youth will find engaging. This is a book great for families with boys, but it is also great for church camp teachers and teachers at churches such as in class discussions. I recommend this book. It provides many opportunities for helpful devotions with scripture and a short prayer along with other things perfect for a faith-building devotion. It is geared toward boys and has subjects that are relevant as well as helpful.
