Description
This novel is based on real events involving Africa’s infamous “crash-landing wizards”! Through this fictionalised story, the reader is taken behind the scenes to discover the truth behind the escapades of these immoral wizards; and through fantasy come to know more about the activities of an unknown community of “night flyers” who only execute goodwill missions across the continent.
Thus, Night Flyers sees a teenage girl and boy - Keti and her night-flyer confidante, Kasanda - go on the most unexpected adventure of a night-flyer lifetime, in which they not only come of age but also learn more about their individual destinies in the Night Flyer Academy, a most respectable establishment with its beginnings in the 1700s.
As Keti and Kasanda find themselves in a possible crash-landing circumstance, though rather disconcerting, their situation produces many incredible discoveries, among them being about the recent and bold infiltration of their secretive community by international intelligence agencies.
Could Keti and Kasanda end up being the unlikely heroes that will save their Academy from ruin, in this new race between the super powers to contain and revolutionise the inherent skills found in the DNA of these African wizards?
Perhaps, but as they and we are to discover, there is a new force working in their lives that would, in itself, reshape many of the globes’ technologies, and importantly people’s mindsets while it instinctively tampers with correcting the wrong-doings of humans through a new reformatory phenomenon, the “Boomerang effect”.
A Note From the Publisher
Jane has been writing fiction, nonfiction and poetry from the age of ten. For many years, she has felt compelled to write Night Flyers; but above all else, Jane considers herself to be a strategic social activist, always looking for ways to positively impact her community, country, continent and world.
