While reading this advanced reader copy, I had a feeling that a coach was talking to me. In general the book is easy to go through and with quite good contents. It summarized for me several books on leadership topics with the focus on resilience and capability to influence in different areas of the business and people. There were several useful frameworks and "formula" to apply to practice.
I really enjoyed this book. It combined themes of a lot of other books I’ve read and summarized all the very important parts of leadership. I enjoyed the author’s stance on most of the leadership topics and thought that the book was very well put together. I highly recommend to anyone!
Thanks to the publisher and NetGalley for a copy to honestly review.
