This book gave a great breakdown of what anxiety is, what causes it, how you can manage it with different types of medication and therapies. I would have benefitted from this book as a teen, and thinking about that is why I would have this book in my elementary school library. So many students are dealing with anxiety in our current historical time, so this book is needed. Seeing what other people and celebrities have dealt with makes it easier for students to discuss it with someone who can help them.
