I like the way this book is broken down. Each page includes the versus it covers and is written for children to easily understand the story. They are in chronological order and feels like reading the Bible as a summary/overview.
The pictures are colorful and depict the story well.

I really enjoyed the layout of the book and was pleased that it included a full year of short, illustrated Bible stories to read to children. I shared my sample of this book with my daughter over the course of the last week, and she was always excited at bedtime to see and hear what the next Bible story would be.
Overall, I think this is a wonderful introductory Bible for children of all ages to get a few minutes of scripture and meaningful illustrations once a day at bedtime. I highly recommend it!
