Thoroughly enjoyed the story in this book, it gripped me from the start. The characters were very real and totally normal as if they could be my friends. Made the story believable and enduring.

This a beautiful story following Matt and Lina, both working through their own pasts, on a journey to discovering that ultimately they can’t just rely on their trust in each other, they need to learn to live every day trusting God.
I loved both main characters, and became so invested in the storyline that I couldn’t stop turning the pages and read it mostly in one sitting.
This is the first book I have read in this series, and by the author, however that didn’t impact my reading this one and I’m now looking forward to picking up the rest of the series.
