Description
Joy and Chip wake early for a full day of play. Inside, outside. Riding bikes, reading books. Taking turns, sharing treats. And no day is complete without creating an adventure with their imaginations. Chip is Blind. Joy has sight. Their day is filled with so much more than play. Dana Meachen Rau describes a simple, joyful day between siblings celebrating the senses beyond sight—the sounds, smells, tastes, and textures that make playing together play so much fun.

Featured Reviews
This book is so heartwarming and endearing! I can absolutely feel the love the author has for her brother and their shared childhood memories. It's such a sweet story that shows a girl and her blind brother having fun just as sighted kids do. This is a great book for showing children that blind kids are normal kids like them and that they enjoy having fun too.
