Ellie and Will were looking forward to Christmas vacation. It was their favorite time of the year for many reasons--family, friends, grandparents, decorations, music, sledding, snowmobiling, skating. However, their world was about to be crushed. The city fathers passed an ordinance prohibiting any form of Christmas and new Year's celebration in Holly Valley. Recognizing that any legal action would occur after the holiday season, the twins set out on their own to ask Santa Claus to help correct this bad law.
