Description
Sometimes our wildest dreams come true.
In the tumultuous summer of 1808, Spain and England are close to war and four young lovers are close to ecstasy.
To carve out an independent life with the woman she loves, ANNA knows she must leave her quiet Spanish convent to become a courtesan. To gain experience, she sets her sights on . . .
SEBASTIAN, whose powerful, aristocratic confidence suits Anna’s mercenary goals. But his arrogance masks a craving for submission that Anna instinctively satisfies. Sebastian soon begs for her hand in marriage, even if it means sharing her with . . .
PIA, who trusts Anna completely—with her body and her future—until she learns of Anna’s hasty marriage. Pia questions their commitment to each other as they leave for London to meet . . .
FARLEIGH, the seemingly feckless duke who thinks he’s over Sebastian, the potent Spanish soldier he bedded two years ago.
What begins as a series of erotic escapades soon evolves into a deep, unbreakable bond. Two men and two women who yearn to explore are about to make their wildest dreams come true.

Bound to be a Groom is about finding love, leaving love, rediscovering what love is, and being open to the love the universe presents to you.
Anna and Pia are young, forbidden lovers at a convent in Spain when Anna decides she must take action if her and Pia are ever going to be able to truly be together. Anna decides she must leave to become a courtesan or perhaps a mistress. Anna promises Pia that once she has the means she will retrieve Pia and they will no longer have to hide to be together. When Anna meets Sebastian there is an instant attraction; they like each other and they are sexually drawn to one another. What surprises Anna even more than her attraction to Sebastian is his rapid marriage proposal and his understanding of Anna and Pia’s relationship. Sebastian forms a plan that will allow he, Anna, and Pia to live together and love together. The plan requires the assistance of Farleigh, a Duke and good friend of Sebastian’s. When they meet Farleigh it becomes evident to Anna and Pia that the two men are more than just friends. While Pia is delighted by this information, Anna is hurt and upset that Sebastian was not honest with her. The four of them are quickly able to move past feelings of jealousy, insecurity, and uncertainty to form a bond stronger than any of them ever expected.
This story was delightful to read. These characters had to acclimate to their surroundings and the thoughts and beliefs of the society they live in. They also had to acclimate to their ever-changing beliefs and environment. All four characters went through changes in their beliefs regarding sex, marriage, commitment, and family. The author does a great job showing the reader that anything is possible with an open mind, and an open heart. The addition of Farleigh in to the relationship was pure pleasure. Watching his and Pia’s relationship form is a highlight of the story. The two are both sexual, honest, and intelligent- and they clash wonderfully with each other. The fact that Anna and Farleigh are both dominate and both want to be in control of Sebastian and Pia demonstrates the need for compromise and openness in the bedroom. This story was just fun and steamy and sweet.
