Imagine that you are Jacob Riley and you live in the year 2082, as a happy-go-lucky sort of ne'er-do-well who loves to drink and bet on the ponies. You are the last person anyone might suspect of becoming a hero and saving the entire human population from extinction. Who would know that you had no choice in the matter - that you are being controlled by nano-sized robots from the future? They have taken over your body, reading your thoughts, controlling your actions and your speech. You are their slave.

You live in an era where mankind has developed a daring plan to capture and return a mineral rich asteroid to Lunar orbit for processing. You sign up for that mission and volunteer to pilot the 5.5 km long rock back from the far side of the Asteroid Belt. You have been selected to save mankind from certain doom. The people of Earth do not know about your hidden masters who are coming along for the ride. Can you trust them? Can you stop them?
