First-time published author/illustrator Cathryn Carman Davis has long dreamed of writing children’s fiction to entertain, inspire, and educate young readers. Raised in southern Indiana and eastern Kentucky, Cathryn earned her B.S. degree from Eastern Kentucky University. Subsequently, Cathryn enjoyed a long and fulfilling career as a paralegal in Houston, Texas while raising four children. Seizing upon a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity, Cathryn has shifted careers and is now using her research, writing, and artistic talents to reach a much younger clientele — boys and girls, ages 3-8 years.
