I'm a bit confused by the secondary title, but I loved the little book and the way it encourages the reader to help Frankie in many simple ways.
The illustrations by Jerrell Cormier are simple, imaginative, colorful, and fun.
Well suited for reading WITH someone including ESL, and great for gifting to anyone, but especially to a school, hospital, or your local public library!
