Description

Finley Blankenship is tired of always coming up short.

When her long time boyfriend dumps her because he isn’t ready to commit, only to announce his engagement to someone else months later, she’s had it. So when her now ex comes to her flower shop to check how she’s doing after hearing the news, she lies and tells him she’s moved on. Only for her brother’s best friend to walk in at the same time and get roped into her story. Committed to playing the part, she reluctantly agrees to pretend to be in a relationship with the one man in their small town that would never actually date her.

Grey Sutton has been in love with Finley for fifteen years, but he’s never thought he had a chance.

After all, he’s an honorary member of the Blankenship family because his own is so dysfunctional. He has no idea how to give Finley what she wants. Especially since he was offered a job out of state, and Finley is as rooted in this town as the trees.

But as their relationship starts to feel less and less like a charade, it leaves them with more uncertainty than ever. Lines start to blur, and Grey and Finley have to decide if they’re willing to risk their hearts to have everything they’ve ever dreamed of.

Finley Blankenship is tired of always coming up short.

When her long time boyfriend dumps her because he isn’t ready to commit, only to announce his engagement to someone else months later, she’s had...

This book was pure happiness & sunshine & just made me smile from ear to ear the entire time + it was so dang swoony! It was so fun to be back in Fontana Ridge & this time with Finley & Grey (who is definitely my new fav of Madison Wrights dreamy guys). This one also felt like it was for the book lovers + the dreamers & I know I won't stop thinking about it for quite a while.

If you love any of the following, put this one on your list:

-brother's best friend + best friend's little sister
-fake dating
-she thinks he's a player but really he's been pining for her all along
-he takes care of her when she's not feeling great
-found family
-"there's only one woman I've ever wanted"

And I love all the glimpses of Wren + Holden (one in particular made me laugh out loud). Safe to say Madison has done it again & I absolutely adored this one! Put it on your list because you are gonna wanna fall in love with Grey as much as I did.

FinleyGrey, the huge serve you were!
I have been waiting for them ever since the first book in this series came out. Their crumbs got me immediately and their story didn't disappont.
I liked their development romantically but also their individual growth. Especially Finley who had a beautiful character development in this one and I was rooting so much for her.
Grey is literally the sweetest ray of sunshine and the way he has always loved and suppprted Finley was adorable.

I cannot recommend this author and this series enough!
