Very fun and tangible ideas for kids to think outside the box to earn by creating. I think it is important in this day and age that children learn how to make items and then turn those items into an income. It creates self reliance and a different approach to life and the skills that all children should acquire. Very delicately done, topics of start up costs, business plans and goals were set out.....without being overwhelming. A really well thought out book.
Wonderful book for kids ages 9-16

This book is great for those middle grade makers out there. Maybe you already have an idea, but don't know how to sell it. Or maybe you're a crafty type, but don't have an idea of what you want to sell. This is the perfect book for those students! I loved the little tidbits about making it a fundraiser or selling your stuff at a craft show. This is a very worthwhile book for a kid who needs to make extra money, but isn't old enough for a job.
