Hilarious, adorable picture book perfect for nighttime reading. The aliens are making every excuse why they don't want to go home! This is just the way kids try to stay up later.

Kid review: pretty good. my favourite thing about it was they had good reasons and they all wanted to do different things. some of the monsters took so long to put on their shoes and socks. i like the drawing because it's like all the monsters are unique and all the colours are nice. i think the writer of the book did a good job.
Mum review: a very relatable story about cheeky aliens making excuses not to go home. a fun and quick read.

This is such a funny children’s book and the plot is so relatable for parents and educators who have seen this narrative all before (please, kids it is time to go!)
The illustrations are fantastic and so silly and will have kids giggling throughout the entire story.
This is a story you can read together or have your child read to you.
The language is simple enough and the humour makes it engaging, making it perfect for early readers.
Overall, this book is a delightful addition to any home or classroom library, and it’s sure to become a favourite read for kids and grown-ups alike!
