Description
The highly anticipated sequel to the Clarity series!
Carmen Winters thought her life was getting better. Until she came home to find her new husband hanging from the chandelier.
Six months pregnant and devastated, Carmen is forced to pick up the pieces of her shattered life. Before she can even begin to grieve, she finds herself being inappropriately pursued by Brad West, a sophisticated Manhattan lawyer and her late husband’s best friend. But between caring for her elderly father and her estranged sister Helen, Carmen is not ready to open her heart to anyone new.
As she grows obsessed with understanding the madness that took her husband, Carmen finds her own mind unraveling dangerously to the brink of insanity. It is only when she meets a sweet and sensitive stranger named Owen that she finds herself able to smile again.
Is it really true that the best beginnings can come from the worst endings? Or does Carmen have deeper to fall before she can learn who she really is?
This is book one of a thrilling new series by Loretta Lost. While this story follows the events of the Clarity books, it can also be read as an independent series. Book 2 will be released on November 30th.

Advance Praise
The writing of Loretta is flawless as ever! I enjoyed this book immensely and read it in a few hours... What I liked about the story was that we got to see Carmen's state of mind slowly being unraveled. With each page, we understand more of Carmen and how she goes on without her husband. -Gem RF
With reckless abandon and carefully planned steps, familiar and new characters arrive to help, hinder, and hurt Carmen as she searches for the truth of her dead husband and how to live without him. My favorite appearance of course has to come from Owen. While the witty doctor may have been in the shadows for much of the series, here he really gets to shine and show us what he’s made of. - Nicolas R
I haven't read the Clarity series, but I can say with authority that you can enjoy End of Eternity without having experienced its predecessor. An interesting combination of mystery, thriller, and romance, this is my kind of fiction. I kept having to read more and more to see what happened. - Sam G
