A peasant, a mistake, a mark, and a deal she must make. 

An ancient evil descends upon a rural village in 16th-century Spain when a young peasant woman unwittingly releases a demon. A disgraced padre calls for aid from the Inquisition as disappearances mount. The village’s don hires a band of special hunters who guarantee they can purge the creature. All the while, the young woman is haunted by the demon. It vows to never leave her be until she does its bidding.
