April doesn’t necessarily mean spring in Montana, there’s still plenty of cold and snow left. When a member of a fishing club tries to light a fire in his rented cabin, he finds the chimney blocked. A check of the chimney reveals the body of a woman. Sheriff Martha Ettinger and her team remove the body and identity her as Cinderella Cindy Huntington, s young rodeo rider. The girl’s mother hires P.I Sean Strachan to track down the killer, while Cindy’s stepfather tries to convince one and all to just move on. But Martha isn’t about to let this case go until the killer is brought to justice.
