Some truly beautiful poems here. I'd buy this for my teenage niece.

I haven’t read any works by Clementine von Radics prior to this book, but I am now pleased that I have done so. Her poetry is filled with deep and profound thoughts and feelings that I believe will resonate with a majority of readers. The darkness of many of the poems was not something I could personally relate to, as that depth of despair has not been my experience. However, that did not make me appreciate them any less.

Some of the poems thoroughly resonated with me, however, and I think that everyone will find something within this book that they can relate to. Several of the lines from “Punishment” and “Thoughts on California” really spoke to me on a deep level, but my favorite from the collection is “The Story Behind Lobsters.”

This was the first time for me to review a book that is poetry. I liked it was different but it wasn’t all lovey dovey stuff but like I don’t know how to explain it. Like modern day of how to say forever? Hey if guys need ideas read the book, and paraphrase. Overall, took me a couple days to get through it. I didn’t know that there ways that many ways to say forever.

Will be posted on blog on March 23rd.
