I am using an aggressive social media campaign accompanied by frequent postings in my Patreon site, Dee Knight's Books, Notes and Chats. I am also appearing on websites and podcasts. "Befriending China" has been adopted by CodePink's "China Is Not Our Enemy" Book Club, as well as Pivot to Peace and the Contra Costa County China Solidarity group. Book launch events are planned in NYC and the West Coast in May and June. Large-scale emailings to librarians, bookstores and reviewers are slated throughout the Spring. The book will be presented at the American Librarians Association convention in Philadelphia in late June.
