THIS BOOK. THIS BOOK, Y'ALL! I blame myself for not reading Elle Kennedy sooner. All my friends (well, the smart ones) told me to read her books, but I resisted. Until this book. CLAIMED has claimed all of my rational thoughts.
Why are there not more adult dystopian romances? This book is heavy on the steam and sexy times - I've never blushed so hard reading a book in my whole life.
But aside from that, the plot line is solidly executed. I am fascinated by this world Kennedy has created. The novel sets up the rest of the series wonderfully, revealing a vibrant and eclectic cast that will appeal to all levels of readers.
I really cannot say enough about this book. Just ... read it. Now.
