Featured Reviews

With catchy illustrations, Linda Kranz tells of a group of snakes and a journey they make. Each snake reflects on their favorite part of the journey positively, except for Max, who feels he has been ignored. Max leaves to go to Red Rock Mountain where he feels he will belong. In his absences the others learn of the experiences of one who has been to Red Rock, and how happy he was to return. This book captures the need we all feel to belong somewhere, to some group, and how we are better when we welcome others in.
