As a vegan I am always looking for new recipes. Being vegan can sometimes be overwhelming but BenBella puts everyone at ease. This book is fantastic for anyone interested in the world of veganism. With great recipes, this book is a true standout.

It was nice to see samples of their other publications, but I wouldn't spend money on this as a standalone volume.
