Ties That Bind

Through Patsy's first person account, the reader is given a window into her very difficult life. Patsy demonstrates perseverance through situations which could break someone with less fortitude. Her Faith in God and the love of her family are both her anchors in the storms of life, and the braces which help her stand.

This book was sweet and quite captivating.

This is a very sincere story, easy to get caught up in and relatable for me. There were many moments where I was overcome with emotion and a few where I could just sit back and think.

Debbie White wrote with such passion that this story touched me in many ways. I was not adopted but never knew my father, so I understand the wanting to know. This is a tender and sweet story. I look forward to her other books.

I really enjoyed this story and the characters. ​
