Thank you to NetGalley and PageCurl Publishing for the free ARC for my honest review.
First time reading this author and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I thought the plot was very unique and the main characters were fun and well developed. It did have a sort of rushed feeling ending and what was the deal with Katherina??-did Cade's dad do what she thought or not?? Maybe more explanation needed there....or was she just plain crazy??

If you like paranormal romance I would highly recommend this book-for me it was fresh and original. I would rate it a 4.5 just plain fun to read. So give this book a go and let me know if you liked it. Enjoy reading!!!

I really enjoyed reading this book. I usually enjoy reading about wolves anyway so for this was an easy read. The story revolves around Cade and his pack. He loves with woodwork business and his pack and so far everything seems to be going great until he is visited by an old friend of his father. A fire elemental is looking for Cade and his pack to exact revenge on him for an accident involving his father. Cade is then captured and caged under brutal and harsh conditions, he might as well be dead as he might forever remain a wolf. Mara is sick, it always starts in the same way, tiredness headaches but this time news from the doctor could mean that this might be her last Thanksgiving and christmas. But she loves the water as it always seems to make her feel better. On one of her trips to orcas, she picks up a stray wolf close to death and little does she know that this wolf will completely change everything she has known all her life.

What did i like? This is a really great story line, I like the characters in the book. Although the rest of pack came much later, the author did not give much information to form opinions about the pack. All except for Livie who I liked because of her bad ass attitude.
I loved Cade, and maybe its what he suffered that made me have more empathy for him. Katarina made a great villian, I liked her phrases *insert an evil laugh here*
The ending was expected and the romantic scenes were tastefully done, it had a nice amount of steam. I like the fact that the story is left open to move onto the stories of each of the different characters as Im sure Liam's story will be really interesting.
