I do love a good cook book, and this one, Andrea Chesman's 101 One Dish Dinners Hearty Recipes for the Dutch Oven, Skillet & Casserole Pan was right up my street! It's billed to be the perfect cookbook for time-stressed cooks and I do have to agree as the recipes emphasize the ease of one pot cooking which are ideal for bust people like myself and my husband. The recipe introductions are great and really personal to the author so it gives the book an added friendly feel. The colour photos are lovely Its set out well, nice, bright and clear and the recipes themselves are easy to follow.
