Description
Rinnie Noelle would rather kick some creepy villain butt than go on a date. As a Psi Fighter trained in the Mental Arts, she can’t be distracted by emotion. Her nemesis, Nicolaitin, is manipulating students from her school, using them as puppets to carry out his new plan to find the infamous Morgan Girl, and he doesn’t care who becomes collateral damage in the process. People’s lives are depending on Rinnie’s ultimate focus.
But Mason Draudimon keeps slicing into her soul sharper than a Thought Saber, and her feelings for him knock her off her game with the strength of a psionic War Hammer. Mason insists on helping Rinnie take down Nicolaitan for his own reasons—to avenge his mother—and the closer they get to the truth, the more dangerous the dance between mind and heart, life and death, logic and love.
A Note From the Publisher
While this is the second book in a series, you can definitely read it without having read the first book. It can work as a standalone novel.
Advance Praise
Praise for Psi Another Day:
5 stars: "I LOVED this book from the first page. Rinnie is in-your-face tough, with a sweet vulnerable side that she keeps hidden a lot of the time. Rosensteel is a genius with his snarky one-liners that had me laughing from the get go. [...] I don’t usually read paranormal/sci-fi romances but will make an exception with this author. I can’t wait to read the next book in this series." -Sara Hantz, author of Falling for the Wrong Guy and Will the Real Abi Saunders Please Stand Up
"*applauds* This book exceeded my expectations! It had a serious plot, but a lighthearted edge because there was one thing this author NAILED. It’s HUMOR." -Rachel, Rachel's Book Reviews
"Psi Another Day....well it's kind of like James Bond stumbled in to an episode of Arrow. It's fantastically written, with a serious plot but still managed to be lighthearted. I just want to go up to the author and shout "NAAAIIILLLEEDDDD IIIITTT" and deliver a high-five, it's honestly deserved. I honestly think this book will make anyone laugh, I challenge you personally, to not crack even a smile when reading this! With characters you fall in love with, or ya know...want to be BFF's with, and an intriguing plot, this has everything you could ever want in a book." -Alisha Tarran, Reality's A Bore
"I really liked [Rinnie]! She had a very likeable personality and for once a main character didn't annoy the heck out of me. She's also kickass and full of spunk. I love how she handles situations carefully and I think that's her most admirable trait. I also really liked her relationship with Andy. Their banter is simply hilarious and the best. Speaking of Andy, I thought he was pretty hilarious throughout the novel. He seems to take every situation lightheartedly, but he does show some seriousness. [Andy] kind of reminds me of Kenji from the Shatter Me series." -Miguel, The Quirky Reader
"Psi Another Day is an action-packed, witty adventure featuring superheroes, creepy baddies, and laughs galore. I really liked the voice of main character Rinnie. She's so sarcastic and snarky. The narration simply flows from her point of view making this a very fast -paced story. I also liked the science behind the Psi Fighters. Their gadgets and powers were awesome." -Kimber Wheaton, author of The Orion Circle series and the Light Chronicles series
"I found Psi Another Day to be a captivating story right from the start, it was hard to put down because I wanted to see what would happen next to Rinnie. The book is a mystery that keeps the reader guessing, I was on the edge of my seat thinking it was one person only to be shocked to find out how wrong I was. I love a mystery that can trick me." -Mandy Sickle, The Reading Diaries
"Superheroes, masked villains, awesome inventions, secrets and secret identities, confusing boys, new mysteries and old foes. It's an excellent start to a fun and funny, new series." -Clever Girls Read
"If I could compare Psi Another Day to a TV series, it would be Nikita (if she was in high school). And it's no secret that I am a huge Nikita fan." - AJ, Pretty Book Marks
"PSI Another Day is an enjoyable zany read PERFECT for tweens and teens. The characters were realistic and the plot moved quickly. The twists kept me guessing until the end as to the outcome." -Linda, BlondieBlack

Featured Reviews
This is the second book in the Psi Fighters Academy series and it proved an action packed, enjoyable read! The author has skilfully interwoven events from the first novel into this one, ensuring readers like me, who haven’t read the first book, are made aware of past events, so can easily relate to what happens in this sequel.
If you like the idea of teen superheroes out to save the world, you’ll love this! Now the superheroes on the side of good are the Psi Fighters and Rinnie Noelle is one of them. That’s actually a pseudonym for her as she’s keeping incognito as the evil leader of her enemies, Nicolaitin, killed her parents and is seeking her. . . She’s been kept safe, brought up by Psi Fighters and trained by them to protect herself and the innocent. There’s a major problem, however, because Nicolaitin is using drugs, greed and nefarious methods to recruit and manipulate high school students to his own ends - especially to help him identify and trap the missing Morgan girl. The evil doers are the Knights and the Proletariate. Get ready for some of those bullied by the recruits to form their own group - the Dweeb League, supporting each other. Some of the Dweebs interactions are laugh out loud hilarious with super hero nicknames, tag line quotes and some really weird costumes!
There are many issues incorporated into the story, including bullying, peer pressure, drug taking and peer networks. The story is action packed, with detailed fight sequences, plenty of teenage angst and turmoil, fall outs and a little romance. Let your imagination run riot with weapons created by the power of thought and other paranormal skills being wielded by these feisty mask wearing teens and the adults guiding them. A great teen read that can also be enjoyed by those who’ve left those ages years ago! I really want to read the sequel as more awaits discovery and I want to know what Rinnie will find down those stairs!
Thanks to the author, publishers and NetGalley, too, for letting me read this in exchange for my honest review.
