This was way better than Icebreaker, by a long shot! Seeing Russ and Aurora's love grow and how they found ways to relate to each other despite the difference in their backgrounds was awesome. My heart ached for both of them, having to deal with situations that were way too grown up for them since youth. Also shout out to the fact that the third act miscommunication didn't happen??? Love when that happens. I feel as though this book truly shows more of Grace's prose and writing skills. Overall, this was such a delight!

Super cute sequel to Icebreaker! I love the secondary characters from the last book appearing as main characters in this one. Russ and Aurora needed their own story!

Overall super cutesy, and very much in line with Hannah Grace's other books! I enjoyed everything about it!

I loved this second installment in the Maple Hills trilogy. Honestly, my favorite part about this novel was the shy and slightly introverted main character. I couldn't get enough of him! The spice was great, the romance was top-notch, and it was just such a feel-good romance! The story line got my attention from the very beginning, making it a quick and fun read for any type of season! :)

There is something about this series that is so, so fun to me. Hannah Grace's books are instant joy-bringers, and Wildfire absolutely confirmed this for me! Set at a summer camp, and following a member of the hockey team we spent so much time with in book one, this is just perfect, summer-time goodness. Our main characters are Russ and Aurora, two college students/camp counselors with extreme daddy issues but lots of love to give. Like book one, this has a great cast of characters, a super healthy and communicative romance, and a little more steam than I'm used to, or like. I definitely rooted for them all the way and enjoyed their growth. This does have the same big issue as book one, which is a meandering plot. This is not quite as bad as book one, but there is no one conflict, just several small things. It was just a little too long.

Still, I love it, and I think most libraries should be adding the Maple Hills books to their collection. They're popular for a reason. This one fun, readable and sweet, with relatable characters and lots of swoony moments. I'm eager to read book three.

Thanks NetGalley for the preview!

This sequel was sweet and spunky! I loved Russ and his complex personality. The spice was great and Rory was a good leading lady. I love camp based stories and it was an all around fun read!

Really good, but the third act felt a little out of left field and rushed. However, the payoff in Daydream made it worth it--but the payoff is a b plot in a different book which is not super good.

Hannah grace does it again. These characters are always very mature for their ages but I still enjoy their stories. Spicy and sweet, with two characters I could follow around forever.

I can understand why people like this series but unfortunately, it really is just not for me. I don’t think I connected with any of the characters and it’s just not a series that I will continue to read.

Dare I say I enjoyed this story even more than book 1 - these characters were real and relatable and absolutely adorable. The entire story playing out over the backdrop of summer camp was the perfect summer read.

I mean…I didn’t hate it.

Soooooo much better than Icebreaker. As far as New Adult novels go the plot and characters were a thousand times better than the first book. I’m tired of the daddy issues, and the rich/poor dynamic but overall the 3rd act breakup (weak) didn’t drag. Also finding it a bit disturbing that Hannah Grace only writes “pick me” girls. Like honey, give your women some agency. Russ was a great MMC. Really liked him.

If you are looking for a read as satisfying as Icebreaker, I’m afraid you’ll be disappointed.
This book was ok. It felt like a sophomore effort. I don’t find the main characters compelling enough to recommend to other readers. I appreciate the free ARC, but am glad I did not purchase this novel.

Thank you Net gallery for the opportunity to review Wildfire.

Hannah Grace books are amazing! Russ is adorable. I just want to give him a hug. I can see parts of me in Russ, I love how the friendships with the boys are developed in the story and support one another: Rory shows a lot of growth throughout the story and recognizes she needs to change and what are her triggers are. I’m happy to see the develop of the characters throughout the story.

Unfortunately, I did not enjoy this book as much as the author's first, Icebreaker. I am very grateful to the publisher and Netgalley for a chance to read it. It just didn't have the chemistry between the two main characters and the snappy dialogue of her first.

I love how much the two characters in this relationship grew. While their relationship starts with a passionate night both have such strong personal growth as they navigate through dysfunctional families. It's definitely a swoon-worthy romance novel.

Hannah Grace write truly addictive romances.

This is such a fun summer read set at a summer camp. That leads to forced proximity romance that features dogs(!!!!) and found family.

This was definitely a spicy read but it was done so well.

Our main characters were absolutely adorable.

I love this series. I started with Icebreaker and can't wait to read Daydreamer next. Hannah Grace does an amazing job of adding life into her love stories. The Maple Hills series is one of my favorites because of the interconnection of a found family and the fact that she continues that interconnectedness through so far booth books but from the looks of it through the next book as well. They are each their own story and can be read solo but that doesn't mean she abandons her previous characters. They are so interconnected it is incredible. Needless to say I will absolutely be reading this one again. Thus the 5 stars.

I received an arc from NetGalley for an honest review. This was a fun summer camp read perfect for a hot summer night. I don't love Hannah Grace's writing but the characters and stories are fun.

I'll admit it, Icebreaker was not my favorite book, so I didn't have the highest hopes for this one. I'm happy to say that found myself pleasantly surprised. Russ and Aurora were two complex characters, and they were fun to read about. I loved the summer camp setting and the interactions between the campers and camp staff. The romance was fun and spicy without being over the top, and there wasn't any huge miscommunication (which I can sometimes find frustrating and formulaic). I'd read more about these two back at school, I'm interested in what happens to their romance after leaving camp (but before the last chapter, which I kind of didn't want). Thank you to Atria and NetGalley for this ARC!
